The Fotek CP12-10NB is a cylindrical M12 type capacitive proximity sensor with a sensing distance of 10mm. It is an NPN/NC output sensor, which means that it outputs a low signal when it detects an object and a high signal when it does not. The sensor has a 14-turn trimmer for sensitivity adjustment and is highly stable with thermal compensation. It is also sensible to both metallic and non-metallic objects, including glass, lumber, oil, water, and plastic.
